Choosing a web designer isn’t easy. Here are some good reasons why we differ from the rest.
We’ve dealt with other design agencies on behalf of our clients, so we know what you go through. Warm Reptile Designs cares about their clients and we prove this in many ways that other companies don’t.
Having worked for medium sized businesses in I.T. departments with up to 300 users, we understand that timing and turnaround on issues is essential. Multitasking is our thing and we are available every single day, during normal “waking” hours. That means holidays, weekends and even Christmas!
Closing early on Friday and rounding up time billed just doesn’t work for us. We’re pretty sure it doesn’t work for you, either.
We feel that if someone is responsible for your website (and all that goes along with it) and charges you $100+ an hour, they should be there when you need them. What we actually found was that most of them were not. Charging extra for work outside of their business hours, email responses not returned until the beginning of the week, phones going to voicemail and closing early on Friday just doesn’t work for us. We’re pretty sure it doesn’t work for you, either.
Here at Warm Reptile Designs, we like to be able to sleep at night. We take care of problems as they happen and don’t keep our clients waiting. We have clients who don’t keep typical 9-5 hours. We have clients who are too busy working during the day and can only get to their ‘digital life’ when they get home. We get that. We don’t think they should pay extra for trying to run their business and make a living.
