Claire and I had worked together previously, so when she purchased Whistler Foods (an existing company), she came to me to re-vamp the website she inherited.
The business had a long standing in the community, selling high end snacks and beverages all over New Zealand. Keeping this in mind, I came up with ideas on how to target more of these businesses by creating fresh content for the website. I also helped update the logo, as the original files were not available and also designed her business cards.
I photographed all of her products and did other in-house photography for the website and social media.
Claire will continue to grow the business and get in front of new customers by attending weekend markets and talking to business owners as she meets them as well as leveraging Google Ads to spread the word about her expanding product range.
She has a lovely personality and is so easy to get along with that she should have no problem taking her business to the next level. Warm Reptile Designs will be there suggesting ways to help her acheive her goals.
Steph is full of creative suggestions for website design and e-commerce, hosting environment structures and rates, SEO, customer engagement tactics and increasing sales. Explanations were easy to understand and work was executed in a quick and timely fashion. There was always a transparent discussion on what level of work I could perform myself to save costs.
