Jan was referred to me by her husband, for whom I also created a website! She creates donut cat beds, kitty kickers and catnip toys along with other products specifically for cats. She’s collected hundreds of cat fabrics over the years and helps to pamper her own cats and those of customers across the United States.
Her previous website was in need of a makeover so we crafted a plan to make it more modern and user friendly in order to kickstart more orders.
Warm Reptile Designs found a pet related theme built on Elementor which provides a huge array of options instead of being locked into a pre-built theme. We came up with a new logo incorporating part of the letter “P” using cat paws and a fun font to convey pampering.
We also stuck with a few main colors and introduced some playful and cheeky illustrated cats throughout the site to keep it relevant.
After the website launched, Jan received great feedback from existing customers saying it was easy to navigate and fun to read through. Jan came up with the ‘Board of Directors’ which include her own cats and their “positions” within the company, which people found amusing to read.
It was great working with Jan on this project as she was really excited to have a professional website done and can now concentrate on what she does best, which is sewing fun items for cats. We wish you great success in the future!
Once I saw my husband’s new website (Herb Raffaele) and what Steph did for making that look so fabulous, I knew then she had to redo The Pampered Kitty. I had grown very attached to my 10-year-old website, so making a major change was going to be hard on me. I’m so glad, though, I jumped in and trusted Steph to modernize the entire website. I couldn’t be happier. My customers are also delighted with the new look.
