Frith Gray was referred to me by her husband, Chris, who worked for an existing client of mine. They knew for some time that they needed to have a website built but circumstances had changed recently and she needed a site right away.
Warm Reptile Designs discussed her business needs and incorporated the basic things that a service website should have. She was purchasing an online booking system and we were able to incorporate that into the site so that the client didn’t need to leave the website. We also put up a pricing table since people like to know how much a service costs without having to pick up the phone or email. This also allows the business owner to free up time from their busy day.
Within two weeks, the site was completed, a Facebook business page was set up and a Google My Business page had also been created. With room to grow, we will expand on the pages with more information about the procedure for wax removal and possibly create a blog and FAQ page so visitors can get a better idea of who she is and what she does.
Frith was super easy to work with and very responsive with photos and information I needed, even though she was under pressure to move her practice to a different location. She is very pleased with the outcome of the website and will more than likely gain many new clients because of it.
Steph has been amazing!!! She has gone above and beyond our expectations to create and promote the website as well as all the other IT technicalities that I haven’t had the understanding to do. Lovely lovely person to deal with as well.
